Refund Policy – AAE Evaluations

At AAE Evaluations, we are committed to providing high-quality, accurate, and professional evaluation and advisory services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver reports that meet your expectations and the requirements of immigration authorities, employers, and academic institutions.

10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the final evaluation report or expert opinion letter, you may request a refund within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. We will review your concern and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Free Revision of the report to address any valid concerns.

  • Partial or Full Refund depending on the circumstances and the stage of work completed.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 10 days of receiving the final report.

  • You have clearly explained the issue or dissatisfaction with the report.

  • AAE Evaluations has failed to meet stated service commitments or deliverables.

  • The documents provided by the client were accurate and complete.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • The evaluation or expert letter is completed and meets industry standards but is rejected by a third party (e.g., USCIS, employer, university).

  • Client provides inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation.

  • The client fails to respond or submit required documents, delaying the process.

  • The client changes their mind or decides not to proceed with their visa or application process after the work has started.

Partial Refunds

If the work has already begun but is not yet completed, a partial refund may be issued depending on how much work has been completed. Administrative and processing fees may apply.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
