Eligibility to Use Our Services

Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before any evaluation service is initiated. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, via secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
You authorize AAE Evaluations or its third-party processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the services you request. No services will be delivered until payment has been successfully processed.
Refund and Return Policy
AAE Evaluations offers a 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your completed evaluation report or expert opinion letter, you may request a revision or refund within 10 calendar days of delivery. Refunds will be handled as follows:
- A full refund is issued only if the request is made before any work has started.
- If the report has been partially completed, a partial refund may be offered.
- Once a final report is delivered, no refunds are granted unless an error has occurred that is clearly the responsibility of AAE Evaluations.

Delivery Policy
All services provided by AAE Evaluations are delivered electronically via email or through a secure client portal. Standard processing times vary by service and range from 3 to 10 business days. Expedited service options are available upon request for an additional fee.
AAE Evaluations does not provide physical copies unless requested in writing. Shipping and handling charges will apply if physical documents are required.
